Overview
In the high lands of Ladakh, there are several hidden places, customs, and natural wonders that are not very popular but they have been part of the local community living there. This tour takes one to such places, spots, and practices where the uniqueness of the destination can be seen and experienced.
The communities living in extremely remote regions have recently received the basic facilities such as electricity through Global Himalayan Expeditions' electrification expeditions and that triggered further tourism development. This tour makes arrangements at these authentic homestays and contributes to local income generation.
